Why Adam McAllister?
My name is Adam McAllister, and I live in St. Adolphe with my wife Melissa and our two children.
I graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, and for the last eight and a half years I have worked in the consulting and manufacturing industries. In my career, I provide solutions to complex problems in Manitoba's healthcare, education, housing, public utility, and commercial sectors.
As a lifelong Manitoban, I am familiar with the unique strengths of Springfield-Ritchot and the challenges our residents face, including the ever-increasing cost of living, high taxes, aging infrastructure, and long healthcare wait times. Through my profession, I have developed the ability to drill down to the origin of a given problem and tackle issues thoughtfully and efficiently.
Since my youth, I have had the joy to serve in a variety of volunteer roles, from going door-to-door for political campaigns, helping at my church, aiding inner-city outreach organizations, sitting on constituency association boards, and participating in an Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba committee. This work has shown me the value of giving back to the community as well as new perspectives on the unique issues impacting our society.
In my personal and professional life, I am constantly striving to listen to the needs of those around me and act in a way that would help address them. The residents of Springfield-Ritchot deserve a representative who will listen to their needs and concerns and work tirelessly to see these issues addressed in a thoughtful and dedicated way.

Stretched Capacity on Aging Roadways
Many roadways throughout Springfield-Ritchot are suffering the effects of aging and are in great need of repair. Population growth has caused several highways in this constituency to be used beyond their designed capacity. We need to see thoughtful investment in this area to support the needs of farmers, workers, and commuters in this constituency.
Investing in Water Treatment
Several communities within Springfield-Ritchot are seeing their water treatment needs begin to exceed the capacity of existing facilities. Without addressing this issue, the availability of abundant fresh water to existing and future residents will be restricted. The Government of Manitoba should help remove barriers to expanding existing facilities and building new ones, so we can support a reasonable level of growth in the years to come.

Why Edna Nabess?
Everything I am today began here in northern Manitoba.
I was born in Cormorant, raised in the traditions of Mathias Colomb Cree Nation, built a business in The Pas, and have spent my life working alongside families and communities throughout the North. The people, cultures, and communities of The Pas–Kameesak have shaped who I am. This is home.
I am running because I believe our communities deserve a strong voice someone who understands the North not because they've read about it, but because they've lived it.
Throughout my life, I have worked to create opportunities for others. Whether supporting Indigenous entrepreneurs, raising a family, opening my home to foster children, helping young people in remote communities, or serving on provincial boards, my purpose has always been the same: to leave my community stronger than I found it.
I believe The Pas–Kameesak has one of the brightest futures in Manitoba. Our region is home to hardworking people, proud Indigenous communities, abundant natural resources, thriving tourism, forestry, mining, fishing, trapping, agriculture, and small businesses that have supported northern families for generations. We have everything we need to succeed. What we need is leadership that believes in our people, works in partnership with our communities, and creates the opportunities that will keep our young people here, attract new investment, and build a stronger future for everyone.
I want to be a strong voice for every community across this riding from The Pas and Opaskwayak Cree Nation to Cormorant, Moose Lake, Pukatawagan, Grand Rapids, Easterville, and every community in between. Every community deserves to be heard. Every family deserves opportunity. Every young person deserves a reason to build their future right here in northern Manitoba.
Politics has never been my ambition. Service has. Serving as your MLA is simply another way I can continue the work I have dedicated my life to listening to people, bringing communities together, and helping build a stronger future for northern Manitoba.
If you place your trust in me, I promise to work hard every day to earn it. I will listen with respect, lead with integrity, and always put the people of The Pas–Kameesak first.
